No set menus! We customize based on what you want and are looking for. Our chefs,
Jon and Nancy, will meet with you to come up with a menu plan that works best for your
event type and venue.

We prefer to cook seasonally; as by cooking this way all of the ingredients are at their best
flavor, making the meal all the better. (Of course, don’t fret! If you have your heart set on
serving an artichoke in winter, we will do our best to make it happen.)
