We offer a large variety of both hot and cold tray-passed hors d’oeuvre options. There are too many delicious options to show, but here are a few of our favorites:

The range of display options are nearly endless, but a few of our greatest hits include: cheeses, charcuterie, homemade dips and spreads, oyster bar, a homegrown tomato bar with fresh mozzarella and more!
With seasonal ingredients in mind, we create a variety of salad options including: baby greens with seasonal fruit, caprese with homegrown tomatoes, and many more!
A few of our favorite proteins served fresh and hot off of our gills include: salmon, seabass, beef tenderloin, tri-tip, chicken, and lamb. We also offer a large variety of glutenfree, vegetarian, vegan, and cultural options.
Aside from the dining experience, we also offer a variety of extras including a welcome beverage station, late night snacks, s’more bars and other fun options to make your event memorable from beginning to end.
